We are building more than a caregiver training program, we are building a purpose. Founded with a vision to prepare compassionate professionals for meaningful work in home care, our academy reflects a commitment to service, dignity, and heart.
We are pending approval from the Rhode Island Department of Health. While we are not yet enrolling students, our journey is underway. Our training center, located at 959 North Main Street, Providence, RI, will equip caregivers to serve with both skill and soul.

At In Home WellCare Academy, we’re preparing future caregivers to meet a real need, right here in Rhode Island. Nearly 1 in 5 residents is over the age of 65, and the number of people aged 85 and older is expected to grow by over 70% by 2040.
